ACE 私人教練證照(ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE-CPT)在 2020 七月更新為第六版(第五版是 2018),比較大的差異:
■ 第六版教材更新內容第一部份 Introduction 的部份提前介紹了 ACE 的整合體適能訓練模型(ACE Integrated Fitness Training® Model, ACE IFT® Model)。 第二部份第五版的領導與執行(Leadership and Implementation)原本內容為:
第三部份第六版將第五版原先的 ACE IFT® Model 介紹提前到第一部份,而建立連結(Building Rapport and the Initial Investigation Stage)的這部份心理學內容移到第二部份,其他則沒有太大更動:
第六版第四部份將第五版的第四部份特殊族群(Special Exercise Programming Topics)、第五部份傷害與急救(Injury Prevention and First Aid)結合為在一起,變成特別考量(Program Modifications for Clients with Special Considerations):
不過第五版的第十三章身心運動(Mind-body Exercise)則看不出是被整合進哪裡,又或者被直接刪除了。 最後一部分依舊為職業責任(Professional Responsibilities),將原先第五版的十七、十八章:
